bdk444 reserves the absolute right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bdk444 will result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Any misrepresentation of eligibility status constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Registration & Verification
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the bdk444 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

KYC Verification Requirements

Account Management Rules

Deposits & Withdrawals
bdk444 supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically to the needs of players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary by payment method and is displayed at the time of deposit.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.
- bdk444 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities. Only funds from your personal mobile wallet or bank account are accepted.
- Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay, contact support with your transaction reference number.
- bdk444 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Please consult your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket terms for applicable rates.
- bdk444 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by bdk444 support.
- All withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is finalised.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours of approval, subject to payment provider timelines and bdk444 security checks.
- Any active Bonus balance must meet its full Wagering Requirement before a withdrawal can be processed. Real-money balances that have not been mixed with active bonus funds are not subject to this restriction.
- bdk444 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that trigger our fraud-detection systems. Such checks may extend processing time by up to 5 business days.
- Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player before they have been processed. Once processed, withdrawals cannot be reversed.
bdk444 operates a strict anti-money-laundering (AML) policy. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Where bdk444 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction is connected to fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activity, it will freeze the relevant Account, withhold associated funds, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player.
Bonuses & Promotions
bdk444 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out below, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific terms will prevail.
- 1 Bonuses are credited to a Player's Account in the form of a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked independently. Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
- 2 The standard Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period of the bonus, typically 30 days from the date of crediting.
- 3 Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games from eligible providers such as Pragmatic Play typically contribute 100%. Live casino games such as Baccarat and Roulette from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). Crash games including Spribe Aviator, Go Rush, and Dice may contribute at rates specified in the individual promotion terms.
- 4 Each promotion is available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. bdk444 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if it reasonably believes that a Player is attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or shared devices.
- 5 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another Player's Account.
- 6 bdk444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn due to suspected abuse, any associated winnings may be voided.
- 7 If you wish to withdraw your real-money balance before satisfying the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. The real-money balance remains available for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing rules.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the bdk444 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
Strictly Prohibited Actions
- Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other non-human means to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate Platform functionality.
- Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform software. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Engaging in collusion with other Players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino environments.
- Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code of any game or Platform software.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or bdk444 staff members via any communication channel.
Your Positive Obligations
- You must keep your Account contact details, including your mobile phone number and email address, accurate and up to date at all times.
- You must use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- You must cooperate fully with any KYC or fraud investigation initiated by bdk444, including providing requested documents within the specified timeframes.
- You must self-exclude or request Account closure if you believe your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. bdk444 support is available 24/7 to assist.
- You must not access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location.

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and software available on or through the bdk444 Platform — including but not limited to the bdk444 name and logo, page layouts and designs, game interfaces, graphics, artwork, text, audio, video, data compilations, software code, and promotional materials — are the exclusive intellectual property of bdk444 or its licensed third-party content providers, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios and is subject to their respective licensing terms. bdk444 is not responsible for and makes no representations regarding the intellectual property status of third-party game content.
The bdk444 brand identity, including its logo, colour scheme, and domain name, is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Unauthorised use of bdk444 branding for phishing, impersonation, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
Licensed Game Providers

Limitation of Liability

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably through contact with bdk444 support at [email protected] shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
